- Market intelligence. Make the most of LinkedIn, twitter and other channels for exchanging key information and best practice.
- Peer engagement. Share information from trusted colleagues about products and suppliers.
- Supplier collaboration. Use social media as a channel for negotiation, as well as continuous improvement of relations.
