The Procurement Intelligence Unit (PIU) has been developed to help its members maximise the value procurement delivers to the business.

It does this by providing intelligent information services at both the Executive and Operational levels of the Procurement function, driving faster, smarter decision making, as well as continuous strategy development.

Core services include online daily market intelligence, strategic research and continuous improvement tools, in addition to a full programme of peer networking activities.

Services are available to corporate subscribers through a shared intelligence model, which focuses on common member priorities, or via a separate bespoke division, focusing on individual and sensitive client needs.

The PIU Model
